1. Why are there no AIIMS exam papers available for the year 2020?
From the year 2020, the government has included the AIIMS exam in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), now National Test Agency (NTA) conducts one single examination for all medical colleges in India. You can download the previous AIIMS exam papers up to 2019 from the website that will support you in the preparation of NEET. The pattern of the exam is mostly the same, NEET consists of 180 questions for one mark each.
Both shifts of AIIMS 2019 contain different questions. Most of the students presumably find that their shift paper is more challenging than the other ones. But, AIIMS always creates questions of the same difficulty level for both the shifts. It is a matter of your learning. If you have studied well, the paper will seem easy to you. 3. What are the main topics of Biology for the AIIMS Exam?
To prepare for the Biology part, NCERT is the best source, but there are a few topics you should master. Following chapters from the NCERT textbook Reproduction, Human Physiology, Animal Kingdom, Plant kingdom, Ecosystem, Biotechnology, Biological Classification, all these chapters make a minimum of ten questions in the examination. So, you can prioritise your studies and chapter as mentioned above. But for exams like AIIMS, the practice of past papers gives you a healthy advantage during the exam day.

5. How many AIIMS does India have?
As of January, 15 AIIMS are operating in India. AIIMA comes under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Eight more institutes are under construction that will become fully operational by 2025. AIIMS in India was established under the Act of Parliament, 1956. The functions and objectives of the institute were defined in this act, thus giving it an autonomous status. Later in 2003, the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) planted the seeds for its expansion of the most esteemed medical institution in India and led to the establishment of other AIIMS campuses.
