SOF IEO Class 3 Sample Paper 2 With Solutions 2023-24

SOF IEO is open to students for Classes 1 to 12. It is conducted at two different levels. For level 3, the exam is conducted on three different dates. Each school may select any date for conducting the SOF IEO at its convenience. The SOF will provide a separate set of question papers on each date. Change of date for conducting the SOF IEO is not permitted for schools.

SOF IEO Class 3 Level 1 Exam Date 2023-24

The school may select any of the following dates for conducting the examination at their convenience.

Date 1 – 26th September 2023

Date 2 – 12th October 2023

Date 3 – 2nd November 2023

SOF IEO Class 3 Level 2 Exam Date 2023-24

• Dates for the SOF IEO level 2 exam will be announced by January 2024.

• SOF IEO Level 2 exam will be held for students from classes 3rd to 12th.

SOF IEO Class 3 Syllabus 2023-24 

The syllabus is described below:

Section 1 of the IEO Syllabus for Word and Structure Knowledge

Homophones, Clothes, and Word Power Basic emotions, Food, Animals and Pets, Collocations, Spellings, Animal Words, Gender, Number, Proverbs, Idioms, Household Items, and so on. Synonyms and Antonyms, One Word, Nouns, Pronouns, Verbs, Adverbs, Adjectives, Articles, Prepositions, Simple Tenses, Conjunctions and Punctuation, Basic Questions, Question Tags, Jumbled Words, and so on.

Section 2 of the IEO Reading Syllabus:

Find and extract information from various types of literature, such as stories and anecdotes. Understand information by using photos, timetables, and so forth. Acquire a broad understanding of, and search for, specific information in short texts such as messages, invites, and so on.

Section 3 of the IEO Syllabus for Spoken English

This portion assesses students' ability to recognise situational changes in functions such as an apology, greeting, introduction, request, and so on.

SOF IEO Class 3 Results 2023-24

Results of SOF International English Olympiad for Classes 1 to 12 are generally declared within 8 weeks of the examination. The results are sent to the schools concerned. The results are also made available on SOF IEO official website.
