Punjab MBBS Application Form 2023 - How to Fill the Application Form? 

The Punjab MBBS admission application form will be released online by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. Only NEET 2023 qualifiers will be able to fill in the application form online if they match all the eligibility criteria.

Every candidate must be aware of the deadline and fill out the application form at least one day before the last date to avoid any unnecessary circumstances. While filling up the online application for Punjab MBBS admission, the submission of application fee along with it is also mandatory. Step 1: Online Registration

Registration for Punjab MBBS application will be done in online mode. Here are the steps that a candidate needs to follow in order to complete the online registration. 

1. Visit the official website of BFUHS.

2. Click on the MBBS/ BDS option under the ‘Admissions’ tab.

3. Click on the button named ‘New Registration’.

4. Enter your details such as name, email address, mobile number

5. You will get an application number at the end of all these steps.

Step 2: Filling up the Punjab MBBS Application Form

In this step, every candidate must enter their academic details, personal details, contact information, category and NEET details that they also entered during filling in the NEET 2023 application form. All the information should be absolutely correct as there will not be any chance of making any corrections following the final submission of the application form. 

Step 3: Uploading the Required Documents for MBBS Application Form in Punjab

All the candidates have to upload a few documents after filling up the application form including scanned images of passport size photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression. The size of these documents must not exceed more than 25KB.
