National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the NEET cutoff percentile along with the release of the bulletin. While the cutoff of NEET scores equivalent to percentile is announced along with the result. NEET cut off varies for each category. Aspirants must secure NEET qualifying marks percentile and scores to qualify the offline entrance exam. NEET MBBS/BDS cutoff for General category candidates is 50th, while NEET cut off for OBC, SC and ST will be 40th. It is mandatory for the aspirants who wish to pursue MBBS/BDS abroad must also pass the exam by securing NEET cut off percentile and scores.
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Bardez will be responsible for releasing NEET cutoff Goa for 85% state quota seats. Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will be responsible for releasing the Goa NEET cutoff for 15% All India Quota seats. NEET Cutoff Goa will contain the NEET All India Rank and NEET score which will be available in offline mode. Candidates can get a prior idea of their estimated score from the cutoff list to get admission in their desired colleges.
The marks scored by candidates in NEET-UG will decide the cutoff for NEET Goa. The cutoff depends on several factors such as the number of seats, the number of candidates who will appear for NEET. The cutoff qualifying percentile will be released along with the result.
The Goa NEET Cutoff releases for the 85% State Quota seats. There are 155 seats for MBBS and 34 seats for BDS available for Goa MBBS under the state quota. It is mandatory to be a domicile of the state to become eligible for Goa MBBS counseling. The reservation categories which come under the state quota for NEET cutoff Goa are - Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), General, OBC. NEET cutoff Goa for the state quota will include the NEET All India ranks and NEET scores obtained by the candidates who secured admission.
The Goa NEET cutoff 2020 for the 15% All India Quota seats will be published by DGHS on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). DGHS will be responsible for conducting the counseling which includes 25 seats for MBBS and 6 seats for BDS for Goa MBBS 2020 under the All India Quota. The NEET cutoff Goa for the All India Quota will also be released category wise. NEET cutoff Goa for All India Quota will include the NEET All India ranks and NEET scores needed to take admission to any government medical college.
