What will you be doing?

• Involving in delivering live sessions online to a large group of students (25 to 200+) between grades 11th & 12th , and are expected to prepare well in advance for the sessions
• Expected to keep the sessions interactive, exciting and engaging
• Expected to conduct live webinars or simulated (recorded webinars) for promoting relevant courses to the students
• Teaching for all the CBSE(NCERT) offerings for grades 11th & 12th.
• Conduct course-related interventions like taking webinars, attending PTM’s, etc.
• Responsible to work and improvise on the existing content (wavebook slides, tests, assignments) wherever required

Who are we looking for?

• Candidates with B.Tech / B.SC/M.SC from Tier 1,2 colleges with 3-7 years of experience in teaching CBSE (NCERT )11-12 Students.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a charismatic personality are a must
• Exposure to taking live online sessions are an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Curriculum and content design for high school or secondary grades suitable for online teaching

and learning.

• The content design should use best pedagogical practices - identify key learning objectives, use

lesson flow that enhances students’ learning and use appropriate visual aids such as

image/diagrams, gifs, and short video clips.

• Create storyboards through brainstorming with the team.

• Coordinate with the graphic media team to create necessary visual aids to be used in content.

• Design in-class and post class assessments and worksheets.

• Create, update & review supplementary content materials like short notes, assignments, tests,

• Be responsible for achieving Learning experience and Learning outcome improvement goals.

Curriculum Designers are responsible for creating and designing top notch learning content, which in turn will be used by the students to aide and enhance their conceptual understandings. Our student obsession is the guiding force in creating quality content for the students. You’ll be part of a small, intensely collaborative curriculum and content team of the English language program.

This role requires somebody who is always passionate about YouTube and is always curious to

learn more about its capacity to reach more people and impact lives. We are seeking a proactive

Master Teacher who can coordinate with multiple teams and manage various functions for

YouTube Channels assigned to him/her. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone

who has decent Subject knowledge of Physics and can manage multiple teams to get the

required results.
