The CBSE Syllabus for Class IX Hindi Course-A 2024-25 has been released. The new syllabus is listed below along with the classification of each type of question asked in the examination. Examination Pattern

CBSE Class IX Hindi Exam Pattern 2024-25: CBSE Board has mentioned that the examination will be conducted in both external and internal modes. The CBSE board exams generally consist of 100 marks which comprise 40% weightage for each section, however, due to a change in evaluation pattern from 2018 onwards, there is no fixed number of questions asked from each section. Classification of Questions asked in CBSE Class IX 2024-25 Hindi Course-A Examination: The questions fall into three categories:  A, B & C

  • A: Questions that test the writing skills such as Error Analysis, Improvement of Sentences, and Precis Writing. These questions contribute to 15 marks in CBSE Class IX Hindi Exam 2024-25. There will either be one question from this section or more than once in the CBSE board exam of the 2024-25 Academic Year.

  • B: Questions that test the reading comprehension skills such as passage-based questions, word formation and sentence completion contribute to 25 marks in CBSE Class IX Hindi Exam 2024-25. There will either be one question from this section or more than once in the CBSE board exam of the practising 2024-25 Academic Year.

  • C: Grammar & Vocabulary questions contribute to the remaining 60 marks in CBSE Class IX Hindi Exam 2024-25. There will be around 20 questions from this section, out of which five are likely to be MCQs.
