Introduction to the Story of an Elephant

The Elephant Circus is a morality tale that encourages us to have faith in our own abilities. The elephant in the narrative, while being large, strong, and employed by a circus, continues to be restrained by a rope and a cage due to self-doubt. In the part after this, we'll read the entire narrative.

The Elephant Circus Story

During his stroll through an elephant camp, a guy noticed that the elephants weren't restrained by chains or kept in cages.

A short bit of rope fastened to one of their legs was all that stood between them and freedom from the camp.

The man was utterly perplexed as he observed the elephants, wondering why they didn't simply use their power to cut the rope and go away from the camp. Although it would have been simple for them to do so, they made no attempt.

He inquired of a nearby trainer, hoping to discover the reason the elephants were merely standing there without making any attempt to flee.

The instructor answered.

"We tie them with the same size rope when they are very young and considerably smaller; at that age, the rope is sufficient to hold them. They are taught as children that they cannot separate as adults. They never attempt to get free because they still think the rope can hold them.

The only reason the elephants weren't escaping the camp was because they eventually came to believe that it just wasn't feasible.

The Elephant Circus Story Moral

The ideas we have in our life are crucial because, because of the law of attraction, they have the ability to shape our reality.

If we don't alter our limiting ideas, they will start to come true and we won't be able to liberate ourselves from the restrictions we put on ourselves.

Marianne Williamson, a writer, stated it best:

“Nothing restrains you but your ideas, nothing restricts you without your fear, and nothing governs you save your beliefs.”
