Hint: when a compound is converted into one or more than one compound by the change of its chemical properties, structures then these changes are called chemical changes. Chemical changes happen with breaking or forming new bonds.

Complete step by step solution:
In case of rusting of iron, iron gets oxidized by oxygen and water present in the air and converted into iron oxide, in this conversion changes of molecular formula and chemical properties happen. So, it is a chemical change. In case of gasoline burning it is converted into water vapor and carbon dioxide . Which is a totally different and new molecule than gasoline so it is also a chemical change. For milk souring, lactic acid is produced. So, this is also a chemical change.
But in the case of whipping of egg , no new substance is produced. Hence, it is a physical change.

Therefore, the correct option is A.

Note: physical change is basically a process when the physical form of compound is changed but not its formula and chemical properties. For example, ice melting into water is a physical change. Water evaporates is a physical change.
