RPVT 2023 Application Form

RPVT 2023 application form is released by the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS), Bikaner, on its official website. Candidates should fill the application form on or before the July 8, 2023 to avoid the late fees. By paying the late fees, candidates can also fill out the application form between May to July, 2023. 

RPVT 2023 online applications are eligible for the candidates of Rajasthan Domicile to appear in the Rajasthan Pre-Veterinary Test-2023 (RPVT-2023). RPVT 2023 application form is available for the candidates aspiring to pursue BVSc & AH degree course (Session 2023- 24) from its constituent and private veterinary colleges affiliated with the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bikaner.

RPVT 2023 Application- Eligibility Criteria

Age: 

The candidate's minimum age should be 17 years, and the maximum age should be 25 years on or before 31.12.2023. There is also a relaxation of 5 years in maximum age for the candidates belonging to SC, ST, STA, OBC (NCL), and MBC (NCL) categories.

Education Qualification

The candidate should qualify senior Secondary/Indian School Certificate Examination/Intermediate Examination of 10+2 from a Statutory Indian Board/University (established under the act by the State Governments or Central Government) with compulsory subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology. 

Practical examinations are also included in each of these subjects,  and any other elective subjects, along with English as one of the core compulsory subjects.

The candidates should qualify subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology individually and separately in Theory and Practical examinations.

For Unreserved & EWS category: The candidates for this category should  have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English at Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent recognised qualifying examination. 

For candidates of SC, ST, STA, OBC (NCL) & MBC (NCL) categories:  The minimum marks requirement of these category candidates is 47.5% in the subjects mentione above in the qualifying examination. 

Candidates who appeared/appearing in the qualifying examination, i.e. Senior Secondary or its equivalent recognised examination in the year 2023 and whose result has not been declared by the last date of submission of the application form, may also apply and appear in RPVT-2023.

But they shall not be eligible for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. course if at the time of counselling, they fail to produce documentary proof of passing the qualifying examination with the required percentage of marks as applicable to them

RPVT-2023 Fiiling Out Application Form Process:

Step 1: Registration

Vist RAJUVAS official website. Click on “ New Registration Link”, and enter the following information for RPVT 2023 registration. 

Step 2: Payment of Fees

After filling out all the above-mentioned details, click on the ‘Pay Tab’. As you will click on the ‘Pay Tab’, all your details will be submitted and you will be redirect directly to the payment page. Pay the application fee via credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash card/wallet.

Step 3: Filling Details In  RPVT 2023 Application Form

This is the most important step. In this step, you simply have to enter the choice of your exam cities and educational details in the RPVT application form. You can choose three exam cities in the order of preference in the form of RPVT 2023. Find the list of RPVT exam cities in the table below.

Step 4: Uploading Images

In this step, you have to upload scanned images of the required documents. These includes passport size photograph, and your signature.

Note: All the images uploaded in the RPVT 2023 application should be scanned as per the format prescribed by RAJUVAS. The specifications required for each image are mentioned below.

Specifications For Photograph

• Format: JPEG

• Size: 3.5 X 4.5 cm; 50 - 100 KB

• Coloured photograph with white background

• Your name should be mentioned  on the photograph along with the date when you took  the photograph at the bottom.

• Wearing glasses is permitted if worn regularly.

• Wearing sunglasses and caps is not allowed in the photograph.

• Photographs should not be black and white, polaroid, forged, or damaged.

Note: Keep four passport size photographs and two postcard size photographs (4x6 inches) for further admission process.

Specifications For Signature

• Format: JPEG

• Size: 7 X 2 cm; 20 - 50 KB

• The signature should be made on white paper using a black ballpoint pen.

• Signature should be made in running handwriting only.

• Full name in capital letters will not be accepted as the signature.

Step 5: Printing Confirmation Page

After uploading all the documents and filling out all the required details in the RPVT 2023 application form, a confirmation page will appear on the screen.  Take out the printout of the filled RPVT application form 2023 as well as the confirmation page for future reference. Only the generation of the confirmation page will indicate your successful submission of RPVT 2023  application form. Forms submitted for the RPVT 2023 that do not create a confirmation page will not be taken into consideration.

RPVT 2023 Correction Window

Once you successfully submit the RPVT 2023 application form, it cannot be edited. The information entered in the RPVT application form will be considered final.

However, after closing the application form for RPVT 2023, RAJUVAS will accept correction requests through its email ID. If you have made any mistakes while filling the application form,  you can request the authorities to allow you  to correct any important information.

You cam mail to the authorities at rpvtrajuvas@gmail.com within the period informed by them. Authorities will consider only genuine requests and allow you to edit the RPVT 2023 application form.

After the authorities close the RPVT correct window 2023, no changes will be allowed in the application form, and the information entered will be treated as final.

RPVT 2023 Application Form Important Details

• Applicants will become eligible to appear in the entrance test, after submitting the application form of RPVT 2023. Submitting the application form does not confirm RPVT 2023 admission.

• Incomplete RPVT application forms will be rejected.

• In case you have filled any false information in the RPVT 2023 application form, your  candidature will be cancelled by the authorities

• The RAJUVAS RPVT application will be rejected in case In case the images uploaded a by your are not as per the prescribed format

• Only one RPVT application form 2023 per candidate is permitted. Candidates submitting multiple applications will be disqualified.

• The mobile number and email id entered by you in the application form  form of RPVT 2023 should be active.

• The RPVT application fee is non-refundable. Alsom it will not be adjusted in any other admission fee.

RPVT 2023 Admit Card

RAJUVAS will release the RPVT admit card only for candidates whose application form is accepted.. You can download the RPVT admit card 2023 from the official website. You will be informed about your exam centre allotted to you along with and the timings of the exam through admit card. Dont forget to carry the admit card on the day of the RPVT exam.
