Counselling for 15% All India Quota Seats are Mentioned Below: 

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) conducts the counselling for All India Seats. All the medical universities such as central, state and deemed will be a part of the NEET online counselling process. Applicants can apply to this quota as per the directions given by the Directorate General of Health Services. Whereas, the counselling will be stopped once the seats are filled up. 

Seats of ESIC, AMU, BHU and AFMC are also filled through this counselling process. Aspirants can get enrolled in any of the medical universities or colleges in India through counselling. Candidates can also take part in their respective state counselling. 

Counselling for 85% of All India Quota Seats is Mentioned Below: 

This 85% of the quota is about the state NEET counselling 2019. For this, the candidates have to register with their individual state’s official NEET counselling website. State NEET counselling authorities will prepare a merit list as per the rules of the state and the All India Rank.   

The NEET Counselling 2023 for private colleges are also included in it and they also take part in this state-level counselling process. Moreover, for states such as Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir who cannot apply for the All India Quota, state counselling is the only option. 

NEET Haryana 2023 Merit List

• State Merit List

Haryana NEET 2023 Merit List - Tie-breaking Method

In such conditions, if two or more students get the same scores in NEET, the tie-breaking procedure will be followed in the below-given sequence:

• The applicants who get a high score in Biology will be ranked higher

• The candidate who scores high in Chemistry gets higher rank

• If still, the tie break is not decided, the medical aspirants with less number of errors will be ranked higher in the Haryana MBBS 2023 merit list.

• Finally, if the tie is still not decided, then the age of the applicant will be taken into consideration, with the older candidate to be ranked higher.

Haryana MBBS 2023 Counselling

DMER will be conducting the counselling process of Haryana MBBS 2023 which includes two normal rounds of counselling which is followed by a mop-up round. The first and second rounds will be conducted in the mode of online, further, the mop-up round will be conducted manually. After the completion of the counselling process, the seat allotted for the candidates will be processed for the Haryana MBBS/BDS courses. The counselling process is open only for candidates who have qualified for the NEET examination.
