Registration for the Chhattisgarh NEET UG counselling 2026 is done entirely online on the DME portal. Follow these steps carefully.

Step 1 - Visit the Official Portal: Open the Chhattisgarh NEET counselling official website, cgdme.admissions.nic.in.

Step 2 - New User Registration: Click "New User Registration" and enter the required details to generate your username and password.

Step 3 - Log In and Fill the Form: Sign in with your credentials and complete the application form with your personal and Re NEET 2026 details. Set a password and select a security question.

Step 4 - Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your category certificate, EWS/PwD certificate, domicile certificate, and Class 10 and 12 mark sheets. Note that PwD certificates are accepted only when issued by the State Medical Board - certificates from other authorities are rejected.

Step 5 - Pay the Registration Fee: Pay the applicable fee online, along with the refundable security deposit.

Step 6 - Submit and Save: Review the application, submit it, and download the confirmation page for future reference.

Ensure all your certificates are dated before the scrutiny deadline - DME rejects certificates issued after the cut-off date, which is one of the most common reasons for disqualification.

The Chhattisgarh MBBS counselling 2026 runs across four rounds. Seats are allotted on the basis of Re NEET 2026 rank, reservation category, the seat matrix, and the preference order locked by the candidate.

Round 1 - Main Allotment

• Pay the application fee and the refundable security deposit

• Select and lock your preferred colleges and courses

• Check the seat allotment result on the portal

• Candidates allotted a government college seat must take admission after verification (mandatory)

• Candidates allotted a private/dental seat may either take admission or wait for an upgrade

Round 2 - Fresh Choices and Upgrades

• Open to candidates unallotted in Round 1 or dissatisfied with their Round 1 seat

• If allotted, take admission and pay the fee - failing to report means losing the security deposit

Mop-Up Round
