Hint: For solving this type of question we just need to find the percentage of the component and it will be calculated by using the formula ${\text{Percentage of component = }}\dfrac{{Value{\text{ of component}}}}{{Total{\text{ value}}}} \times 100$ and for this we need to find the total value and it will be calculated by summing up all the number of creatures. So by doing the above steps we have the percentage and then we can draw the pie chart easily.

Formula used:
Percentage of component will be calculated by,
${\text{Percentage of component = }}\dfrac{{Value{\text{ of component}}}}{{Total{\text{ value}}}} \times 100$

So, we have the total number of creatures will be equal to,
$\Rightarrow 400 + 120 + 135 + 170 + 75$
And on adding it, we will get
$\Rightarrow 900$
Therefore, total creature will be equal to $900$
Percentage of wild animals will be calculated by using the formula and substituting the values, we get
$\Rightarrow \dfrac{{400}}{{900}} \times 100$
And on solving it we get
$\Rightarrow 44.44\%$
Percentage of birds will be calculated by using the formula and substituting the values, we get
$\Rightarrow \dfrac{{120}}{{900}} \times 100$
And on solving it we get
$\Rightarrow 13.33\%$
Percentage of land animals will be calculated by using the formula and substituting the values, we get
$\Rightarrow \dfrac{{135}}{{900}} \times 100$
And on solving it we get
$\Rightarrow 15\%$
Percentage of land animals will be calculated by using the formula and substituting the values, we get
$\Rightarrow \dfrac{{170}}{{900}} \times 100$
And on solving it we get
$\Rightarrow 18.89\%$
Percentage of reptiles will be calculated by using the formula and substituting the values, we get
$\Rightarrow \dfrac{{75}}{{900}} \times 100$
And on solving it we get
$\Rightarrow 8\%$
So now by substituting all the values and considering for the circle we will assign the required area for each of the percentages.

Note: For finding the pie chart we can also calculate them in degree and the formula will be the same. Just instead of multiplying by $100$ , in this we will multiply it by ${360^ \circ }$ . And on solving it we will get the ratios of distribution in angle. While drawing a pie chart we should always mention the name for the box.
