Hint- Here, we will be proceeding by taking any prime number as an example to find out whether the given statement is true or false.
The prime numbers are the numbers which are only divisible by 1 and itself the number which means these prime numbers are having only two factors i.e., 1 and the number itself. For example, 1,3,5,7, etc are prime numbers because they are only divisible by 1 and itself the number. In this example, prime number 3 is having two factors as 1 and 3, prime number 7 is also having two factors as 1 and 7.
Therefore, the given statement is false.
