Considering the board exams 2023, JEE Main aspirants have started requesting NTA through Twitter to plan JEE Main 2023 test dates accordingly. According to the tweets posted by several students, NTA is requested to hold the first session of JEE Main 2023 in April to avoid the possible clash with board exams.
A campaign with #jeemainsinapril is also trending on Twitter. According to the students, a lot of aspirants will be having their practical and theory exams between January and February. CBSE has already announced the Class 10 and Class 12 theory exams schedule. According to that, the CBSE board exams will begin in mid-February.
Notably, some prior sources said that registration for JEE Main 2023 would start in November and that the exam would be scheduled in January and April.
NTA later clarified that there were no debates on the JEE Main 2023 dates. The organisation debunked a false notice that was making the rounds on social media and claimed registrations would start in November.
To select students for undergraduate courses in various NITs, IIITs, and other participating institutions, JEE Main is held twice a year.
Candidates should visit the official JEE Main 2023 websites - jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in for further information.
