In the recently released JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Answer Key, it has been identified that NTA has dropped four questions from different shifts. NTA also confirmed that a particular question of Shift 2, conducted on June 24, has two correct options. The overall score will be calculated after eliminating the four questions that are dropped by the NTA in the JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Answer Key.
According to the marking scheme of JEE Main 2022, questions with multiple correct options, full marks are awarded in case a candidate has selected either of the correct options.

NTA commented, “If more than one option is found to be correct then Four marks (+4) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options. If all options are found to be correct then Four marks (+4) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question.”
NTA also clarified that in case a question is found to be wrong or dropped from the paper, the percent equivalence will be established on the remaining questions. It does not matter if the candidate has attempted that question or not.
