The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the answer key of its JEE Main 2022 Session 1 papers which were conducted between June 24 and June 29. The students who have appeared for Session 1 may visit the official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in) to download the answer key.

Steps To Download JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Answer Key
Step 1: Open (jeemain.nta.nic.in)
Step 2: Click on the ‘JEE(Main) - 2022 (Session 1) - PROVISIONAL FINAL KEY B.E/B.Tech. (Paper I)’ link under the News & Events section
Step 3: A new window will display the JEE Main 2022 Session 1 answer key
Step 4: Download the answer key according to the exam date
JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Evaluation Process
NTA will follow a normalization procedure based on percentile scores as the difficulty involved in each paper is different
For each wrong-marked multiple-choice question, there will be a negative mark awarded
In case two candidates score equal marks, a tie-breaking methodology will be involved to identify the high scorer
JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Result
It is expected that NTA will compute the final results after evaluating all the challenges received on the answer key released today. Once the evaluation process is completed, JEE Main 2022 Session 1 result date and time will be notified on NTA’s official website. Candidates are advised to check (jeemain.nta.nic.in) for further updates.
Details To Be Verified On JEE Main 2022 Session 1 Scorecard
Once the JEE Main 2022 Session 1 result is announced, a candidate should check the following details on the scorecard:
Name of the candidate
Total score of the candidate
Name of the candidate’s parents
Application number, roll number, and category of the candidate
Subject-wise JEE Main scores
In addition, NTA has also reopened the registration window for JEE Main 2022 Session 2. The registration window will remain open till July 9, 2022. The interested candidates can use the previously generated login credentials to fill the application form. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2022 Session 2 between July 21, 2022 and July 30, 2022.
