National Testing Agency or NTA, the official conductor of JEE Mains 2021, has changed the dates of the application correction window as per their latest notification. On the official website of JEE Main, NTA has mentioned that the application window for the current academic year will open on January 27, 2021, and close on January 30, 2021.
Previously, NTA announced that the application correction window would open from January 19 to January 21. Later NTA extended the date of the last date of JEE Mains application submission till January 23. Hence the correction date has also been changed.
All the candidates are advised to rectify all the mistakes carefully during this application correction window. Otherwise, wrong information will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
How To Access The JEE Main Application Correction Window?
Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Main 2021.
Step 2: Log in using your registration number and password.
Step 3: Now click on the link that says “Correction in Application Form”.
Step 4: Edit or make corrections as per your requirements.
Step 5: Click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
NTA has recently addressed the fake websites rumour while warning the JEE Main candidates. The authority has clarified that there is only one official website accepting the JEE Main applications and examination fee which is jeemain.nta.nic.in. However, this year JEE Main admit card will be published online on the official website of JEE Main in the second week of February.
This year JEE Main 2021 will take place in four phases - February, March, April, and May respectively due to coronavirus outbreak. The first phase of the exam will be held from February 23 to February 26, 2021, and the second phase will take place from March 15 to 18, 2021. Rest of the two phases (April and May) will be held from April 27 to 30 and May 24 to 28, 2021 respectively.
