Hint: The uneasiness caused to the digestive organs are said to be the digestive disorders. It is common to experience digestive system disorders also known as gastrointestinal tract disorders. The majority of digestive system disorders are caused by the food we consume. Viruses and bacteria may be considered as the most common causes of these disorders.

Complete answer:
Some of the common digestive disorders may be explained as follows:
1. Indigestion:
Indigestion causes burning or discomfort in the upper portion of the intestine, as well as an unpleasant feeling in the abdomen. Indigestion is not a medical condition. However, it may be a symptom of some stomach disorders. The symptoms for indigestion can include: problems in swallowing, burning sensation in the chest, gas formation, loss of weight.
2. Diarrhea:
It is a disease in which a person excretes a lot of loose and watery substances. It may not be a chronic condition, and the extent of its indications varies due to a number of day to day factors. It mainly comes into effect due to a decrease in the absorption of the required fluids by the intestines or even the opposite where the fluid secretions exceed, which can lead to the rapid flow of waste through the intestines. Common symptoms include the passage of loose stools, nausea, vomiting, even fever.
3. Constipation:
Constipation is a syndrome marked by prolonged difficult bowel movements and hardened excretory waste. Constipation can occur for a variety of reasons like the intolerance to dairy consumption that leads to indigestion, or consuming foods with a high fat content that cause difficulty in absorption by intestines, even foods that have high fiber content may cause constipation. Consuming less amount of water can increase the risk of constipation.
4. Jaundice:
It is caused by an overabundance of secreted pigments of bile into the bloodstream. Jaundice is characterized by a change in color to the eyes, skin or mucous membranes, these areas tend to become yellow. After the red blood cells in the blood breakdown they produce a byproduct, bilirubin, if there is an increase in this byproduct formation then it causes the risk of jaundice. The part responsible for the excretion of bilirubin is liver. Jaundice is caused by some disturbance of this liver metabolism.

Note:
A well-planned diet will also help to alleviate the discomfort caused by such foods. Some prevention steps include the limiting of fried foods, avoiding fizzy beverages, and maintaining the processes of eating and drinking at a steady pace. The digestive system disorders can be easily identified by clinical scans.
