When Al is added to ferrous sulphate solution:
2Al + 3FeSO4 -> Al2(SO4)3 + 3Fe
Green color of the solution disappears
When Al is added to copper sulphate solution:
2Al(s) + 3CuSO4(aq) -> Al2(SO4)3(aq) + 3Cu(s)
The green color of the solution becomes transparent
