Amount of substance: The amount of substance is defined as the number of atomic particles the substance has in it. It is also said to be the value of the number of particles in a substance divided by Avogadro’s number. The base unit of amount of substance is mol according to the international system of units. Luminous intensity: It is a measure of the wavelength-weighted power emitted by a light source in a particular direction per unit solid angle. The base unit of luminous intensity is candela according to the international system of units. It is generally represented by \[{{l}_{v}}\] .
