In light-dependent reaction, the light energy capture and use it makes the ATP and NADPH which are energy-storing molecules and oxygen molecules as a waste product, these things occur by a series of reaction electron transport chains, this reaction takes place in thylakoid membrane which are interconnect sacks. In a dark reaction, which is the light-independent reaction, the rubisco enzyme works to capture the carbon dioxide from the atmosphere this is called the Calvin cycle, it uses the NADPH and releases the three-carbon sugar that is later to form sucrose and starch.
