-Silk is a sensitive string-like substance that comes from little bugs called silkworms. To pick up silk from them they should be destroyed and their silk should be sufficient enough to make garments. This is a costly cycle and the silkworms are uncommon and elusive.

-The living pattern of a silkworm is around 2 months. They eat mulberry leaves and that's it. The silk strings utilized in weaving does not come from the silkworm yet in a roundabout way by unwinding the cocoon made by the worm.
