Note: Human body consists of three types of muscle tissues – smooth muscles, skeletal muscles, and cardiac muscles. Out of which smooth muscles and cardiac muscles are involuntary muscles while skeletal muscles are voluntary muscles

| Example: locomotion and movement of body parts like pharynx, diaphragm, ear muscles, etc. | Example: movement in organs like blood vessels, respiratory tract, ducts of glands, etc. |
