Hint: With varieties of trees, a forest is a piece of land. To live and to survive, many species require trees. In many countries around the world, forests are very important and are rising. They are an ecosystem that contains many species and plants. The two most vital things for trees are temperature and rainfall.

Complete step by step solution:
The leaves are very similar to each other and form a very dense canopy of trees. Only about 1% of the light that enters the canopy reaches the ground, so the lower branches are too dark to allow leaves to thrive and there is almost no undergrowth.
Separate colours are marked for areas with very dense vegetation and a less dense canopy of forest. The areas of very dense forest are marked with dark green, whilst those of less dense forest are marked with light green. These can thus easily be defined.
The first occurrence in the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu and the north-eastern states of India, inhabited by the equatorial tropical rainforest, is strong and thick in nature. The Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand states and the large areas and open geographical land reserves of the states.

Note: Assam's Manas National Park is well known for its wildlife sanctuary and is one of India's most outstanding forest reserves. Yet it is also recognised, along with that for the many militant attacks that have taken place here. In 2011, it was said that 6 WWF officials were abducted by Bodo militants.
