Hint: Deforestation refers to the complete destruction of the natural forest inorder to convert the forest area into agricultural fields or for any other construction purpose. There are a lot of effects of deforestation on climate, wildlife, and many other domains. Let us discuss its effect on the following domains.

Complete Answer:
1. Wild animals: deforestation has one of the most catastrophic impacts on the wildlife. It has resulted in the loss of their natural habitat. Thousands of species of animals, birds and other organisms have lost their shelter, food and it has affected their breeding habitat as well. They start moving to urban areas in search of food and shelter which is dangerous. Most animals die due to unavailability of basic necessities and many of them become vulnerable to extinction.

2. Environment: Cutting down of trees results in the decrease in the oxygen content in the atmosphere as trees absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen during photosynthesis. This inturn leads to an increase in the temperature of the earth causing climatic changes. Due to lack of trees there is an increase in greenhouse gases that results in global warming. The climatic change has an adverse effect on the ecosystem and survival of the animals. This results in the loss of biodiversity.

3. Villages: trees prevent soil erosion by holding the soil. Deforestation leads to soil erosion and eventually it causes floods. Floods hamper the agricultural activities in the rural areas. The villagers' life is at stake as they are completely dependent on agriculture for food and their daily sources.

4. Cities: the urban population is fully dependent on the rural population for food and many other resources, the supply change between tem has been disturbed. Increase in global warming has paved the way for a lot of severe health issues. Natural calamities like flood tsunami will lead to complete destruction of the city.

5. Earth: the ecosystem where all the plants , animals, birds and other living organisms as well as climate, landscape co-exist will be destroyed. Increase in global warming leads to many natural calamities which demolishes life on earth.

6. The next generation: deforestation causes the extinction of many varieties of species of animals and plants which will not be available for the future generation. It also leads to the scarcity of the natural resources. It becomes very difficult for the future generations to lead their life if the non-renewable resources are exhausted. Along with this the climatic changes, global warming and pollution causes hazardous diseases and other major issues due to deforestation.

Note: It is very important to maintain the balance in the ecosystem and reduce deforestation in order to save wildlife, have adequate rainfall, stop soil erosion, floods and other natural calamities or the betterment of living of the people . This can be done by planting more trees, by recycling the products, by reducing the usage of papers and by creating awareness among the people about the adverse effects of deforestation.
