Hint: The Second World War began in 1939 and continued up to 1945. This war involved most of the countries in the world, thus forming two opposing military alliances-The Allies and The Axis.

Complete answer: The Second World War occurred due to the instability that was created during the First World War. The Treaty of Versailles which was created during the First World war had almost destroyed Germany. Adolf Hitler, the leader of the Nazi Party prepared Germany by rearming the country once more. He signed treaties with Italy and Japan to dominate the world. Hitler attacked Poland in 1939 which resulted in Great Britain and Italy to declare war on Germany. Thus this set the Second World War in motion.

5.The end of colonialism.
6.Truman’s Declaration of Faith by the US President Harry Truman to support the victims of war and the casualties caused in the European countries in order to stop the influence of Communism.

Note: After the Second World War, the United Nations was established replacing the League of Nations on 24th October 1945. The Second World War resulted in the victory of the Allied powers. The US bombed the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan thus ending World War II after the Japanese signed the “Instrument of Surrender’.
