Hint: Mendel studied the inheritance of the character and made a research in the Pisum sativum. He observed the variation in these experimental results. He controlled the pollination that happened between the pea plants, so that he can get the different forms of the traits.

The characters and the contrasting trait that Mendal considered for his experiment are given below.
