The JEE Main 2024 Session 1 results have been published by the National Testing Agency on the official website - jeemain.nta.ac.in. These results are for the BTech Paper 1. Candidates who took the exams between January 27 and February 1, 2024, can access their JEE Main Session 1 scorecard from the official website.
After the release of the JEE Main Session 1 results, students are now gearing up for the next steps after the board results. It's crucial to note that the registration for JEE Main Session 2 exams is presently open. Students are reminded to complete their registration and application for JEE Main Session 2 by March 2, 2024.
When is JoSAA Counselling 2024 Expected to Begin?
JoSAA serves as the centralised counselling platform for admissions into prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs across India. Students who have cleared the JEE Main 2024 exams are eligible to participate in this counselling process.
The JoSAA 2024 counselling is anticipated to commence in June 2024. The exact date of JEE Main Counselling 2024 will be scheduled after the release of Session 2 exam results. Detailed schedules for registration will be provided on the official website josaa.nic.in. Following registration, cutoffs for different rounds will be published, and students securing seats can proceed with admission formalities at their respective colleges.
Candidates who are not eligible for JEE Advanced 2024 can utilise JoSAA 2024 for admissions into various NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and other engineering institutions.
