JEE Main 2023 Session 2 Correction Window Open Till March 14, 2023

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made the correction window available for the session 2 exam that enables editing and correction of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2023 application form. Candidates who submitted their JEE Main applications by March 12 and are interested in the BTech, BE, and BArch programmes can now update their personal information online at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The deadline for corrections is tomorrow, March 14. (9 pm).

By tomorrow at 11:50 PM, the additional JEE main 2023 application fee, if necessary, must be paid online with a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.


Steps To Make Changes In JEE Main 2023 Session 2 Application Form

Step 1: Open jeemain.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the ‘JEE Main 2023 Sessioin 2 Application’ option

Step 3: Enter the login credentials

Step 4: Edit the required fields and submit


Download the copy for future reference. If you are an Aadhar-verified candidate, then you may edit the following fields:


  • Changing either the mother's name or the father's name is an option for candidates (anyone only).

  • Applicant may only alter their category by uploading a new certificate for that category, not both.

  • Sub-Category (PwD): Applicants may only switch between the sub-category (PwD) and the sub-category certificate, not both.

  • Medium and City

  • Qualifications: Class 10 and Class 12, including Passing Year

  • Applicant may be allowed to change or add the course they have chosen.


For non-verified Aadhar candidates, below are the fields allowed for changes:


  • Applicants may only alter their category by uploading a new certificate for that category, not both.

  • Sub-Category (PwD): Candidates may change their sub-category (PwD) but not both; they must re-upload their sub-category certificate.

  • Birthdate and Gender - Yes

  • Include City and Medium Qualification Passing Classes 10 and 12 in the year

  • Applicants may be allowed to change or add the course they choose.


For the ones who registered during the JEE Main 2023 Session 1, below are the editable fields for both - Aadhar-verified & non-verified candidates:


  • Applicants can upload a certificate for a different category and change their category (If applicable)

  • City and Medium 

  • Course: The candidate may be allowed to change/add the chosen Course


Competitive Exams after 12th Science
