Ans: Archaeologists used burials to find out the gender of the individual. They can also access the social status of the person buried by the presence of ornaments and jewels and pots, etc. If a person was buried with more jewels, gold, etc then he/she was considered to be rich and if one was with only pots they were poor or some chief or followers.

Ans: The life of raja was different from that of a dasa or dasi as the dasa or dasi were treated as the property of the raja and were made to do any work as the raja or the owner wanted him/her to do. The dasa or dasi was basically war prisoners.
