5. Get a Good Night's Sleep:

A better way to relax and meditate is with a warm glass of milk and a warm bath before going to bed.  Both of these can help you get a sound and restful sleep.  Try not to eat food before sleeping, keep some time gap between sleeping and dinner, and darkening your bedroom will help you sleep well and will not get stressed.  If you want, you can write down some thoughts that come to your mind, it will make you feel good.
