I want to draw the kind attention of the municipal authority officers through the well-established
columns of your local newspaper to the neglect being carried out in the maintenance of 2 main parks in our city. For the last 4 months, the parks have not been swept. In the night, even the lighting system does not work. Nor do the officers visit the park for inspection. Much of this has converted the parks into havens for society's unwanted elements.
Both of which have created a nuisance in the city.
