Complete answer: Braille was created by a Frenchman named ‘Louis Braille’ who was to blind due to an accident he met with during his childhood, so in 1984 around the age of fifteen he developed a code for the French alphabet as a night writing. These have rectangular characters called cells that have tiny bumps that have raised dots and can be recognized easily by the person.
