Hint: HCl stands for hydrochloric acid. Hydrochloric acid does count in the list of oxidizing agents in fact its hydrogen ions (H+) is used as electron donor to other molecules and atoms. Hydrochloric acid has a typical suffocating smell.

Complete answer:
According to the given question:
. Normality of KMn${O_4}$(potassium permanganate)= 0.1$ \times $ 5= 0.5
Normality can be classified as the number of equivalents to per liter of solution.
. Volume of KMn${O_4}$( potassium permanganate)= 1ml
. Normality of HCl (Hydrochloric acid) = 0.1$ \times $1=0.1
Now we have to find the volume of HCl ((Hydrochloric acid)= ?
Let us take ${N_1}{V_1} = {N_2}{V_2}$
${N_1}$=0.5 and ${V_1}$=1ml, ${N_2}$=0.1 and ${V_2}$ =?
             $ \Rightarrow $ 0.5$ \times $1 = 0.1$ \times $${V_2}$
             $ \Rightarrow $0.5 = 0.1$ \times $${V_2}$
Take ${V_2}$out and it will become
             $ \Rightarrow $${V_2}$=$\dfrac{{0.5}}{{0.1}}$ = 5ml
Therefore from above equation it is clear that the volume of HCl (Hydrochloric acid) = 5ml
HCl has a concentration of 12.19 mol/litre. Moreover the molar mass of HCl is 36.458 g/mol. The strongest oxidation agent is Fluorine and the weakest oxidizing agent is Li+. The HCl is the weakest reducing agent because its electron will accept the chlorine from chloride atoms i.e (Cl-). Hydrochloric acid donates protons. Where as in dilute hydrochloric acids is used as extraction of basic substances for the removal of basic impurities. From all these acids the carbonate acid is the most powerful acid and first it used to term as superacid.

Note: There are three types of concentration in chemistry: Molarity, Normality, molality. Therefore the HCl is somehow related to the human body which means that our stomach makes the HCl naturally which helps us to digest the food.
