The molar mass of hemoglobin is about 65000 gmol1 Every hemoglobin contains 4 iron atoms. Thus: This question has multiple correct options
A iron content in haemoglobin is 0.35%.by mass
B 1 mole of haemoglobin contains 56g iron
C 1 mole of haemoglobin contains 224 g iron
D if iron content is increased to 0.56%, molar mass of hemoglobin would be higher than 65000 gmol1

Hint: Hemoglobin is a metalloprotein. It contains four iron atoms per molecule. Haemoglobin is an oxygen carrier. It carries oxygen in blood throughout the body. It is found in red blood cells. The molecular mass of haemoglobin is about 65000 gm/mol, it means the weight of 1 mole haemoglobin is 65000 gm.

Complete step by step answer:
Now, the atomic mass of 1 mole iron is 56 grams. . Haemoglobin contains four iron atoms per molecule. There for 1mole of haemoglobin contains,
 4×56 = 224gm irons
So, the option C is correct.
The option B is incorrect.
Now the percentage of iron present in haemoglobin by mass is,
 4×5665000×100=22465000×100=0.35
So, even A is the correct option.
Now if the iron content is increased to 0.56%, the molar mass of the haemoglobin would be.
4×560.56×100 = 2240.56×100 = 40000
i.e. due to an increase of iron content to 0.56%, the molar mass of the haemoglobin decreases. So, the option D is not correct.

Hence, the correct options are A and C.

Note:
Hemoglobin (Hb/ Hgb), also maintains the shape of the red blood cells. If your hemoglobin level is lower than normal when tested, it indicates that you have a low red blood cell count. This condition is also known as anemia.
