Hint: Animal cells are eukaryotic cells, formed by plasma membrane and contain membrane bound cell organelles and nucleus. There is absence of cell walls which help animal cells to provide flexibility and to develop greater diversity of cell, tissues and organs.

Complete answer:
Glyoxysomes are present in plant cells and help in breakdown of fatty acids and possess various enzymes for synthesis of sugars by a process called gluconeogenesis. These are peroxisomes which are specialized cells found in plants particularly in germinating seed’s fat storage tissues. The sugars produced with the enzymes secreted by Glyoxysomes are used by plants to consume until they mature to begin photosynthesis. Cell wall is present in plant cells and is absent in animal cells.
Cell wall provides rigid structure to the plants which help the plants to sustain in harsh environmental conditions. Whereas animal cells have cell membranes which provide flexibility to animal cells to facilitate movement in animal cells and to differentiate further to form various cells, tissues, and organs. Animal cells contain different membrane bound organelles like Golgi bodies, Centrioles, Mitochondria, Ribosomes, etc.

Hence, The correct answer is option (A).

Note: Mitochondria, Cell membrane, Centrioles and Golgi bodies are present in animal cells as these are membrane bound cell organelles and by elimination method the correct answer can be marked as cell wall is present in two options but in option C. Centriole is present along with the cell wall but it is present in the animal cell so the remaining option is option A.
