Gases have a fluid nature, meaning they tend to flow in various directions. In other words they do not have fixed shape, the molecules are always on the move. However, they could have a definite volume like, if we use a container, the movement of gaseous particles would to the walls of containers.
Homogeneous mixture is a type of mixture in which the particles have the same, or equal composition throughout. Meaning, the concentration of the constituent particles remains the same throughout the total volume, under consideration. An example of a homogeneous mixture is salt water, as the particles of sodium chloride, when added to water, completely dissolves in it, and the concentration of the solution remains the same at any point of the solution.
In case of air, the majority of it contains nitrogen and oxygen. The content of carbon dioxide is also rising. As per the other gases like methane, fluorine, argon etc. These gases cannot be readily differentiated from one another, and the air has a uniform composition of these gases throughout.
