Hint:
The 42nd amendment incorporates basic duties into the Indian Constitution. According to the code of ethics, ethics, and cultural conduct that people follow, 11 basic obligations of Indian citizens have been drafted.

Complete solution:

Fundamental duty: According to the recommendations of the Swarna Singh Committee formed by the government earlier that year, the 42nd Amendment of 1976 added the basic duties of citizens to the Constitution. The basic responsibilities were originally ten, but by the 86th Amendment in 2002, the basic responsibilities were increased to eleven, which stipulated that every parent or guardian has an obligation to ensure that their children or guardians have the opportunity to obtain 6-14-year-old Educational opportunities. Other basic duties require all citizens to respect India’s national symbols (including the Constitution) in order to cherish its heritage, preserve its integrated culture, and assist its defence.

They also instructed all Indians to promote a common brotherly spirit, protect the environment and public property, develop a scientific temperament, abandon violence, and strive for excellence in all areas of life. If citizens violate the basic duties of the constitution, including the president, vice president, speaker, speaker of the parliament, members of Congress, state legislators, etc.

It constitutes contempt of the constitution and should be punished under the Prevention of Insult to National Honor Act, 1971. The Supreme Court ruled that these basic duties can also help the court determine whether laws passed by the legislature conform to the Constitution.

Hence, the correct answer is option A.

Note:
The basic obligations have been incorporated into Part IV-A of the Constitution in accordance with Article 42 of the Constitution Amendment of 1976. According to Article 51-A, we currently have 11 basic obligations in the Constitution. These basic obligations are legal and enforceable by law.
