Hint: In order to solve this question, we should know about Momentum.Momentum is defined as the product of mass and velocity of the body, here we will discuss each option one by one with the relation of momentum and then will decide which physical quantity is most related to momentum.

Complete answer:
Considering option (A) Force. According to Newton’s second law of motion, force is equal to rate of change of momentum of the body which is written as $F = \dfrac{{\Delta p}}{{\Delta t}}$ where, $p$ denotes for momentum and $t$ denoted for time and momentum is also written as $p = mv$.

Now, From option (B) Impulse is defined as the change in momentum or the product of Force and time so, we can write $F = \dfrac{{\Delta p}}{{\Delta t}}$ as
$\Delta p = F \times \Delta t$
and $F \times \Delta t = I$ where I denoted impulse.
So, momentum can simple be written as $I = \Delta p$
So, Impulse is directly related to momentum.

Other options like Kinetic energy which is related with momentum as $p = \sqrt {2mK.E} $ which is almost not very closely related with momentum and last option Power is the product of Force and velocity and since it’s also not directly related with momentum as its relation is as $P = \dfrac{{\Delta p}}{{\Delta t}}.v$ where $v$ is velocity. So, Impulse is closely related with momentum as $I = \Delta p$.

Hence, the correct option is B.

Note: It should be remembered that, impulse is just not equal to momentum, it’s the change in momentum of a body but in terms of units of measurements Impulse and momentum have same units and dimensions of $Kgm{s^{ - 1}}$ $[ML{T^{ - 1}}]$.
