Hint: In this question, we have to find out of the value of dividend. As the information given, work out the value of the divisor and find the quotient. Now quotient, divisor and remainder are known, then take out the value of dividend.

Complete step-by-step answer:
Since the remainder is \[46\] (given), and it is given that divisor is five times the remainder.
Then, divisor \[ = 5 \times \]remainder\[ = 5 \times 46\]\[ = 230\]
Again, it is given that divisor is $10$ times the quotient.
$\therefore $Divisor $ = 10 \times $quotient. [ putting the value of divisor]
$ \Rightarrow 230 = 10 \times $quotient.
Therefore – quotient $ = 23$.
Now, we know the relation –
Dividend $ = $(divisor$ \times $quotient)$ + $remainder
Now, we know the relation between dividend, divisor, quotient & remainder that is-
Dividend $ = $(divisor$ \times $quotient)$ + $remainder
${
   = \left( {230 \times 23} \right) + 46 \\
   = 5290 + 46 \\
   = 5336 \\
} $[ simplifying ]
 Here, option ${
   = \left( {230 \times 23} \right) + 46 \\
   = 5290 + 46 \\
   = 5336 \\
} $

Option C is the correct answer.

Note: Division is one of four basic operations we use not only for mathematics but also in our daily life. Dividend is the amount that you want to divide up while division is the number by which dividends are divided. Quotient is the result obtained and remainder is the amount left.
