Hint: we calculate the breadth of the rectangle by using the value of length and by using the formula of perimeter of the rectangle
Formula used: Perimeter of rectangle is 2×(l+b).

Complete step by step solution:
Given perimeter of rectangle = 360 cm and length is 100cm, b = ?
We know that perimeter of rectangle 2×(l+b)
360=2(100+b)
3602=100+b
180=100+b
b=180100=80cm
Hence the breadth of the rectangle is 80cm.
Additional information: A rectangle is a quadrilateral with four right angles. Its opposite sides are equal.
Area of rectangle =length×breadth.

Note: Here,perimeter of the triangle is given,incase if the area of the rectangle was given,then make use of the formula of area and solve it
