We know that,
1 mole of Copper Sulphate ($CuS{O_4}$) contains 1 mole of copper.
Now, we have to find the molecular mass of Copper Sulphate ($CuS{O_4}$ ) . For which we will multiply the atomic mass of the elements present in Copper Sulphate ($CuS{O_4}$) with the number of their atoms present in the molecular formula and then add them all.
The atomic mass of atoms is defined as the average relative mass of an atom of elements as compared to mass of an atom of carbon – 12 taken as 12. These masses on atomic mass scale are expressed in terms of a.m.u., but nowadays, the symbol ‘$\mu $’ is also used in place of a.m.u.
The atomic mass of an element expressed in grams is called gram atomic mass.
