CBSE Class 10 Updated Marking Scheme for 2022-23

The CBSE Class 10 Board Exam is held in February/March by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Every year, just before the Class 10 board examination, CBSE publishes the marking scheme for students to guide them with the exam pattern & question paper design.  In this article, we have provided the CBSE Class 10 Marking Scheme along with chapter wise weightage for all subjects. Students must note that the CBSE Class 10 exam format has been revised for the academic year 2022-2023. After rejecting its two-term plan, the board has decided to return to the annual examinations scheme. In the Class 10 board examinations for the session 2022-2023, there will be no term-based division. The yearly exam will cover the entire curriculum for each subject.

  • The mathematics theory paper will be for 80 marks, and the internal assessment will be for 20 points.
