Language papers like English and Hindi are extremely scoring papers and often students study the subjects not because they love the syllabus but because they need great scores to increase their average percentage. Because of the extensive books, short stories, and poems, students do not show much interest and prefer to study the language papers just a few days before the exam. All experts suggest that keeping the syllabus in mind, students can score well in the paper simply by studying smarter and not harder. Sounds weird but this is true! Language-based subjects usually test your hold over the concepts of, not just the grammar portion, but also the critical analysis power and the knowledge and comprehension of information in terms of Literature. Students should read the Chapters thoroughly and understand the text since it is a compulsory subject to study- basically, a do-or-die situation that cannot be escaped! Once the Chapters are understood, students can make short notes of the prose or write down the themes of poems or characters in the play as per the syllabus. Vocabulary has great importance here since it helps in faring well in the essay/ letter writing sections of the Hindi Language paper.
