Dear Uncle,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health. I am writing this letter to express how grateful I am to receive a thousand rupees from you in the future, and to tell you how I shall utilize the amount.
I am a complete bookworm. I absolutely love reading novels, encyclopedias, and just books of any kinds.
Receiving a gift of a thousand rupees will enable me to buy a few books of my own to add in my collection. I wish to pursue English Honors, and thus I shall require a few literature books of my own, which are often costly.
However, your gift shall enable me to buy them, and I am very thankful for that.
