Hint: The disease caused by Wuchereria is called lymphatic fibrosis or filariasis. Spread with the biting of the Culex mosquito the organism gets into the bloodstream of the host and from there it travels to its target organ. The lymphatic system is affected with the infection of this disease.

Complete answer:
Wuchereria is a genus from the filaria family and the adult form of this organism is known to cause the filariasis or lymphatic fibrosis in humans. The adult form of this organism is transported to the humans with the help of the biting of the Culex mosquito. The organism is present in the salivary glands of the mosquito and when the mosquito bites, they travel through the saliva to the bloodstream of the humans. Now as the organism has reached the bloodstream of the human it will now travel through blood to reach lymph nodes and will eventually take down the lymph nodes of the body.
This organism requires two hosts throughout its lifetime in which it develops and transforms into an adult in one host but does not cause any infection in the primary host but it is the adult from which gets transferred to the secondary host and causes complications there. But when a normal mosquito bites the affected human, the organism will travel to the mosquito back and lays eggs to develop into an adult and cause further infection in different humans.
Now considering the mechanism of transfer and the pattern of causing infection it is clear that from the blood it will go to lymph nodes only because in all the other options the blood does not flow freely and rather flows inside arteries. So, the organism will never come out of arteries.

Therefore, the correct answer is Option B, Lymph Nodes.

Note:
The symptoms of the disease are acute swelling up of the legs and lymphatic tissues present inside the body and no other symptoms appear in the infected individual. The children are more prone to acquiring this disease. The organs affected during the infection are mostly the lower body organs and very rarely upper body organs are affected. Elephantiasis is the other name of this disease.
