I strongly oppose the conviction that crackers should be burst to express happiness. They are very harmful to the environment. While they illuminate the sky, they also create a lot of noise which leads to noise pollution. The crackers are so loud that they can be heard from several meters away. This can affect senior citizens living around the area and can cause health problems and anxiety. The pets and stray animals are also affected by this, and they can also get injured. Children are not usually fans of crackers, it is very rare for children to enjoy crackers. They get scared of the noise, and the bright lights. Not to mention, they are very unsafe for children. They can also lead to breathing problems and cause asthma. So, it is immoral and irresponsible to burst crackers.
