Hint:Here we have to find the usual form of the value given, that is we have to remove the decimal point and the exponent value. Firstly we will remove the decimal point and divide the number with $10$ to the power number of the digit after the decimal point. Then we will simplify the exponent number present in the numerator and the denominator. Finally we will simplify the exponent value and multiply it with the number and get our desired answer.
Complete step by step answer:
The number is given as follows: $4.83\times {{10}^{7}}$
Now we will remove the decimal point from the above number and divide it with ${{10}^{2}}$ as there are two digits after the decimal point as follows:
$\Rightarrow \dfrac{483\times {{10}^{7}}}{{{10}^{2}}}$
Next as we know property of exponent that $\dfrac{{{a}^{m}}}{{{a}^{n}}}={{a}^{m-n}}$ using it above we get,
$\Rightarrow 483\times {{10}^{7-2}}$
$\Rightarrow 483\times {{10}^{5}}$…..$\left( 1 \right)$
Exponent means that the number at the base is multiplied by itself the power times.
Here the base is $10$ and power is $5$ so we get,
$\Rightarrow {{10}^{5}}=10\times 10\times 10\times 10\times 10$
$\Rightarrow {{10}^{5}}=100000$
Replace the value in equation (1) we get,
$\Rightarrow 483\times 100000$
$\therefore 4,83,00,000$
So we get the answer as $4,83,00,000$
Hence the usual form of $4.83\times {{10}^{7}}$ is $4,83,00,000$.
Note: A decimal number is made up of a whole part and a fractional part where the whole part is separated by the fractional part using a decimal point. A fraction is a part of a whole where the whole can be any number of any specific values. For simplifying any decimal value we turn it into a fraction by removing the decimal point and further simplify the numerator and denominator of the fraction. Exponents are used to represent multiplication of large numbers when the number is multiplied by itself too many times.
