Hint: Here, we may mark all the digits according to their place values in the Hindu-Arabic system and then we may write them according to the place values they are having.

Complete step-by-step answer:
Since, we know that in Hindu-Arabic system we give place values as:
1- Ones
10- Tens
100- Hundred
1,000- Thousand
10,000- Ten thousand
1,00,000- Lakh
10,00,000- Ten lakh
1,00,00,000- Crore
10,00,00,000- Ten crore
We should always keep in mind that in this system we always assign place values to the digits starting from the end i.e. from right to left. Also, in this system we put commas starting from right, first comma is assigned after three digits from right and thereafter commas are put at an interval of two digits.
Let us look at the first number that is given in the question:
So, the given number 1256345 can be written as:
12,56,345
Now we will assign place values to the digits. So, starting from the right end 5 is at one’s place, 4 is at tens place, 3 at hundredth place, 6 at thousandth place, 5 at ten thousandth, 2 at lakh and 1 at ten lakh.
Hence, this number in Hindu-Arabic system will be written as:
Twelve lakh fifty six thousand three hundred and forty five.
Similarly for the second number 12027896 after assigning commas starting from right we can write as:
1,20,27,896
So, from right end 6 is at one’s place, 9 is at tens place, 8 is at hundredth place, 7 is at thousandth place, 2 is at ten thousandth place, 0 is at lakh, 2 is at ten lakh and 1 is at crore.
Hence, in Hindu-Arabic system this can be written as:
One crore twenty lakhs twenty seven thousand eight hundred ninety six.

Note: Students should note here that we always put commas starting from the end of the number that is from right to left and the place values are also assigned always from right to left.
