$ \Rightarrow \frac{9}{{100}} = 0.09$
So, now we have
$700 + 20 + 5 + \frac{9}{{100}} = 700 + 20 + 5 + 0.09$
$ \Rightarrow 725 + 0.09$

Hence answer is 725.09
