Hint- Convert the fractional parts into decimal and then solve the expression.

We have been given $700 + 20 + 5 + \frac{9}{{100}}$
Here, the term in fractional form is $\frac{9}{{100}}$
To get decimal form of fractions we divide the numerator by denominator
So to get the decimal form of $\frac{9}{{100}}$ we divide 9 by 100 and get 0.09.
$ \Rightarrow \frac{9}{{100}} = 0.09$
So, now we have
$700 + 20 + 5 + \frac{9}{{100}} = 700 + 20 + 5 + 0.09$
$ \Rightarrow 725 + 0.09$
$ \Rightarrow 725.09$
Hence answer is 725.09

Note- In these kinds of questions always first convert all the fractions into decimals by dividing the numerator by denominator. Then we can simply add all the terms to get the desired answer.
